Who we are

What we collect and why

Practitioner applications: name, contact details, city, education, experience, motivation, LinkedIn URL, and your CV — used solely to assess your application to the Certified Practitioner Program.

Business inquiries: name, company, contact details, and your message — used solely to respond to your inquiry.

We collect this with your explicit consent (the checkbox on each form). We record when you consented and which version of this notice applied.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase on servers located in the European Union — a cross-border transfer outside Nigeria, made with your consent and protected by encryption in transit and at rest. CVs are stored in a private bucket accessible only to authorized staff via time-limited links.

Retention

Application data and CVs of candidates not selected are deleted within 12 months of submission unless you renew consent. Inquiry data is retained for the duration of our business relationship or 12 months, whichever is longer.

Your rights

Under the NDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent at any time by emailing nassar@a-zconsultancyltd.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate this site (hosting, database) under data-processing terms, and within A-Z Consultancy Ltd for the purposes above.
